Rebecca Staton-Reinstein, Ph.D. and president of Advantage Leadership, Inc., has managed a wide variety of projects and taught project management on four continents. She knows the frustration of coordinating the work of folks who do not report to her and working with a range of stakeholders to get the job done. She has specifically designed PM training for HR conferences and webinar companies focused on HR. She works with leaders who want to build their organizations through engaged employees and delighted customers in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
