She knows firsthand the frustration of coordinating the work of people who don't report to her, and of working with a range of stakeholders to get the job done — experience she has specifically channeled into designing project management training for HR conferences and webinar audiences.
Rebecca works with leaders who want to build their organizations through engaged employees and delighted customers, across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She holds a doctorate in organizational development and has written several books on strategic leadership and planning.
